Body pump Class

This is a pre-choreographed weight training session set to music.

Objective: It’s low impact and good for endurance and toning. It’s non-aerobic, so if you can combine it with 20 minutes on a treadmill or bike afterwards to increase fat burning and improve your overall fitness level. Body Pump provides the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

What to Wear: Singlet, tights or shorts that won’t ride up when you bend forwards for dead lifts.

Difficulty Rating: Low Moves are simple and you can start with very light weights and increase them as you get stronger.
